The 24-hour rule

Learn anything in 24 hours.

“This is the best time to become extraordinary at learning anything in a very short period of time.”
Kunal Shah, Groww India Investor Festival, 2026

He says days and weeks. We say: start with one day. One small skill, one real thing made, shown to the crew.

The rules

Four rules. No exceptions.

Rule 1

One small skill, not a career

“Graphic design” is three months. “A carousel in Canva” is a day. Sprints are for the second kind.

Rule 2

The output is a thing, not a certificate

At hour 24 something exists that didn't exist before. Nobody asks what you watched.

Rule 3

AI is your tutor, not your author

Use it to map the skill, explain errors and speed up the boring parts. The thing you ship is made by you.

Rule 4

Teach one SuperPeep what you learned

Learning that isn't passed on stops with you. That's not how this crew has worked since 2018.

The plan

Your 24 hours, hour by hour.

Same seven phases for every skill. Members tick them off on the board above while the clock runs.

  1. Hour 0–1

Decide what will exist at hour 24

Write one sentence: “By this time tomorrow I will have made ___.” A poster, a 30-second reel, a one-page site. Something you can show, not something you can describe.

Tip: If it doesn't fit in one sentence, the skill is too big. Cut it in half.

  2. Hour 1–3

    Map the skill with AI

Ask ChatGPT or Claude: “I have 24 hours to make ___. What is the 20% I must know? Which words will I keep hearing? Give me the three best free resources.” If it's one of our roadmaps, open Level 1 and take only the first two steps.

Tip: AI is your tutor here, not your author. It explains; you do.

  3. Hour 3–8

    Copy one great example, exactly

Find one piece of work you admire and remake it step by step. Copying is how every designer, editor and coder started. You learn the tool by using it, not by watching it.

Tip: Pause the video every time they click. Do the click. Then play.

  4. Hour 8–9

    Stop. Eat. Sleep on it.

24 hours includes sleep. Plan for 8 to 10 hours of real work, not 24. Your brain keeps sorting the skill while you rest.

Tip: Put the phone down. Rabbit holes start here.

  5. Hour 9–18

    Make your own thing

Now the sentence from hour 0. Your topic, your words, your brand. It will be rough. Finished and rough beats perfect and unfinished.

Tip: Stuck for 15 minutes? Ask AI the exact error or question. Don't restart from zero.

  6. Hour 18–22

Show one SuperPeep, fix three things

Send it to one member or bring it to the meetup. Ask: “What are the three things you'd change?” Fix those three. Nothing else.

Tip: Feedback from one person who looks beats silence from a hundred who scroll.

  7. Hour 22–24

    Ship it and log it

Post it, send it, or put it in your portfolio. Then finish the sprint here: write what you made and one thing you'd teach the next person.

Tip: Teaching it back is the last step of learning it.

Sprint ideas

Small enough for a day. Real enough to show.

The wall

Made in 24 hours, by SuperPeeps.

The wall is empty. For now.

The first finished sprint goes here. Could be yours, by this time tomorrow.

Hour 18 to 22

Show one SuperPeep. Fix three things.
