Job Posting Guidelines

SuperPeeps members are mostly students and early-career people. These rules keep the job board safe for them and worth your time.

Real roles only
Post real work you are hiring for, with clear pay. If it's an unpaid internship, mark it clearly as unpaid.

Never ask applicants for money
No fees, deposits, "registration", training or kit charges, ever. Any post that asks applicants to pay is rejected and the account is banned.

No MLM, betting, adult or illegal work
Network marketing, betting, gambling, adult content and anything illegal are not allowed.

Respectful, fair language
No discrimination by religion, caste, gender, community, region or appearance. Describe the work, not the person.

Honest details
The title, pay, location and work mode must match the real job. Don't use the board to collect personal data.

How we review

Every post is read by the SuperPeeps team before it goes live. SuperPeeps can reject or remove any post, and ban accounts that break these rules. If something about a live job looks wrong, members can report it and we check it.
