Privacy Policy

Members: your name, email, password (stored scrambled, we can't read it), and the profile details you add, like your photo, town, WhatsApp number, LinkedIn and interests. We also save your roadmap progress, sprints, badges, and any job applications you send (your note, links and CV).

Employers: your name, email, password (scrambled), whether you are a brand, founder, creator or agency, your company name, website or social link, and optionally your city and phone number. We also save your job posts, including the original text if you pasted one.

Only to run your account and the site: to log you in, save your progress, show your member card if you ask for one, run job posts, and send you emails about your account (like verifying your email, or telling you a post was approved or needs changes).

We don't use your data for ads, and we never sell it.

The SuperPeeps team can see account details so we can review posts, keep the site safe and help you.

Employers' contact details are seen only by the SuperPeeps team. Job posts are visible only to logged-in SuperPeeps members, and they see only what the employer puts in the post.

When you apply to a job, the employer who posted it sees your application: your name, email, note, links and CV. Nobody else does, apart from the SuperPeeps team.

Member cards on the homepage show only what you chose to submit for your card, and only after the team approves it.

Like every website, we use trusted providers to run the platform. They process data only to provide their service to us: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (our database), Resend (sending account emails), and Google Gemini (when an employer uses "Format my post", the pasted job text is sent to Gemini to tidy it into the form).

Email us at hello@superpeeps.co and we delete everything: your account, profile, progress, posts and applications. You don't need to give a reason.
