Learn
No YouTube rabbit holes. Just the next step.
Niku learned Instagram from YouTube with no plan. These roadmaps are the plan he didn't have: the best free videos and courses, in the right order, with Hindi options on most steps and the AI tools of each trade built in.

The 24-hour rule
Roadmaps take months. Learning takes a day.
He says days and weeks. We say: start with one day. One small skill, one real thing made, shown to the crew.
This is the best time to become extraordinary at learning anything in a very short period of time.
You have to assume that any topic, any complex topic now, you should be able to learn in days and weeks.
How a sprint works
- 1One small skill, not a career
- 2The output is a thing, not a certificate
- 3AI is your tutor, not your author
- 4Teach one SuperPeep what you learned

Member stories
What happens after someone joins.
Written by the members themselves, in their own words.
Nobody told her this job existed.
Sometimes the right community can open doors you never knew existed.
My journey started when I was returning from my computer class with a friend. We were discussing our careers when she told me that her brother worked from home. At that time I wasn't very familiar with corporate jobs or corporate culture. Coming from a rural area, where government jobs are given more importance, working in the corporate sector was something I had never really considered.
After hearing about his experience, I became curious and wanted to explore this new opportunity. There was a community called SuperPeeps where opportunities were shared, so I joined.
I have always been passionate about art and wanted to develop my creative skills. As I explored the opportunities being shared in the community, I started discovering career possibilities beyond what I had imagined.
Within one or two months, an opportunity came my way. A company based in Mumbai was looking for an Operations Management Intern. I applied, attended the interview, and got selected.
I worked as an intern for six months, and eventually my role became permanent. Today I am an Operations Executive at Ira Skills, and I have also been given the opportunity to lead workshops, which has been a valuable learning experience for me.
Looking back, this journey has taught me the importance of being open to new opportunities. I'm truly grateful to SuperPeeps for introducing me to a career path I had never considered, and for helping me discover new possibilities.

How it started
One small room. Eight years of proof.
It started at the end of 2018. Before the roadmaps, the meetups and the members, there was one bamboo hut in Tinsukia, a plastic-covered table and a few friends with laptops.

Office and home
Niku wasn't sure about training people at home. He was told: they'll come to learn from you, not to see where you live. So he built a small room next to the house.

Our story
Started in Tinsukia. Built for the Northeast.
Eight years, one Facebook post and a small room at home.
SuperPeeps began in 2018 with one Facebook post. Niku had left his job to learn digital marketing and spent six months with no work. When Ruchika ma'am posted about a project, he messaged her. He got the assignment completely wrong, asked to fix it the next day, and got the job. He had never even used Instagram, so he learned it from YouTube.
Three months in, he was managing four accounts, and Ruchika ma'am told him to train a team. He wasn't sure about bringing people home to learn. She told him people would come to learn from him, not to see where he lived. So he built a small room, and a neighbour, a friend and a student he'd once taught computers joined in. Soon 10 to 12 people were learning and working there.
About a year and a half later, the Instagram accounts got banned and that project was gone. The learning wasn't. Tanmoy moved into web development, Shubham into graphic design, and Niku went deeper into SEO and digital marketing, first at FAB ON GO and then at Insane Marketers.
Earning well for the first time, Niku told Insane Marketers' founder Aman Singh that he felt like the billionaire of his village. Aman's reply: now make more people billionaires. That became the idea. The first workshop, with Prakhar Kumar, brought in 50+ members. The name SuperPeeps came later.
Today it's a close community, mostly in Tinsukia, built to grow across the Northeast. The whole point is to show that anyone, from any background and without resources, can build a career on the internet.
